Google Antigravity release notes: 2.14.0 brings terminal and Git to business accounts

Google Antigravity 2.14.0 gives Enterprise and Business accounts access to the integrated terminal and Git version control in the sidebar. The update applies to the Antigravity app, Google's workspace for AI agents, and is dated September 15, 2026. A terminal lets you run commands; Git tracks changes to project files.

Google Antigravity release notes: terminal and Git for business accounts

The terminal and Git are now available in the app's sidebar for Enterprise and Business accounts too. The release note does not specify a separate activation or configuration step for these accounts. Google rolls out new versions gradually, so the update may take a few days to reach all users.

On the General settings screen, the global permissions section is now named "Global Permissions". The corresponding option in project settings is named "Inherit Global". The release note describes these label changes but does not provide enough detail to describe a new permissions model.

Long conversations use less memory

Long conversations load faster and use less memory. Google also fixed a memory leak where finished terminal commands retained their full output for the rest of the session.

The agent's temporary scratch files are no longer watched or synced. They no longer appear in Artifacts or Review either. Another fix addresses finished subagents that could still appear active and leave follow-up messages queued until the app restarted. A subagent is a separate agent that handles part of a task.
