Google Antigravity release notes: 2.18.1 adds a plugin marketplace

Google Antigravity 2.18.1 brings plugin installation and management into a new Customizations tab. Antigravity is Google's workspace for AI agents; plugins add functions and integrations. The release note is dated September 28, 2026. The update rolls out gradually and may take a few days to reach all users.

The tab includes a marketplace where you can discover, install and manage plugins. Curated shelves group development tools and workspace integrations.

Human step: Open Customizations to find and install a plugin. If the plugin provides slash commands, the / menu now shows which plugin each command belongs to. Type the plugin's name to filter the menu. Hover over a command to see the plugin name and full description.

See which customizations reached the agent

The token usage breakdown now shows rules and other customizations as separate bars against their own budgets. Tokens are the units of text a model processes. The view also flags rules or customizations that were left out or included by path only after going over budget.

This makes it easier to see whether a customization reached the agent's context, rather than just checking that it is installed.
