Claude Code release notes: 2.1.316 adds review cards

Claude Code 2.1.316 now displays review findings in a card rather than a plain text list when /code-review is started from the Code tab in Claude Desktop or on the web. The change applies to cloud sessions and Remote Control sessions, which provide remote access to a Claude Code session.

Claude Code: review cards in cloud and Remote Control sessions

Human step: Start /code-review from the Code tab in Claude Desktop or on the web, in a cloud or Remote Control session. The result now appears in a findings card.

The changelog describes an improvement to how results are displayed. It does not say the review itself finds more bugs or that access is expanding to additional subscription plans.

Code Review shows findings by severity

The Code Review analytics page also gets a new card. It shows the period's total findings, a daily chart stacked by severity, and the count for each severity level. You can see the distribution over time on the same page.

Human step: Open the Code Review analytics page and read the findings-by-severity card. The release note does not specify a more detailed menu path.
