Claude Code release notes: 2.1.288 controls review findings
Part of the series: Claude Code release notes

Claude Code 2.1.288 lets you control how many findings /code-review reports. The new --max-findings flag accepts a number or all. Your choice is reused until you reset it with default.

Claude Code: choose the number of code review findings
Human step: Enter the command inside Claude Code when you want to run a code review. This example requests five findings:
/code-review --max-findings 5
To request all findings rather than use the usual limit:
/code-review --max-findings all
Reset the saved choice to the default limit with:
/code-review --max-findings default
This is the same review command with a new choice for the number of reported findings. all removes the reporting limit; it does not promise that the review will find every bug in the code.

Version and availability
The flag arrived in 2.1.288, published on October 2. When checked on October 5, 2.1.289 was the latest version on both GitHub and npm. The flag's release notes do not announce access to /code-review for additional plans; the change concerns how existing users control the number of findings.
